Modern and Inclusive Liturgy
Each Saturday (via Zoom)
6:00 PM (EST)
Sharing the Bread of Life and Cup of Joy so that it will nourish each of us with what we need to be nourished with each week so that we may go out and nourish the world. All are welcome to participate.
God created us as curious, intelligent beings. Questioning and doubting are our natural processes to discover our own truths.
God has inspired individuals to create sacred texts that contain universal truths about how to relate to God as well as how to relate to each other.
Our way of communicating with God so that relationship is built and grows more and more intimate over time. This is the same as what happens in person to person relationships.
We are relational beings that are made to live in community with God and others. Fellowship with others assists each of us by offering support, inspiration, and motivation as we walk through our individual lives and journeys of faith.
I am a graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a degree in Theology, as well as an ordained priest. In addition to this role, I am many things to many people, including mother, wife, daughter, friend, pastor, colleague, confidant, spiritual counselor, and writer.
All of these roles depend on and stem from my relationship with the Divine Creator. The metaphor my spouse and I use to describe our relationship is that it is like an Oreo cookie. The two chocolate cookies are the two of us and the cream filling is God who holds us together. This is the same for my relationship with others, myself and the person I am in relationship with are the two pieces of cookie and the filling that makes us stick together is God. So, God is always in the middle and is the glue that bonds two people together and makes the relationship healthy and successful.
My passions are helping others see and feel the all encompassing and inclusive love that God has for them and studying the Bible and other ancient texts.
Love, Laughter, and Blessings to all…
